About this policy

This policy covers the AlBaqyat AlSalehat app, its dedicated pages at abdullah4.ai/albaqyat/, and voluntary support correspondence. The developer is known as Abdullah4AI, referred to here as “we”. This policy does not describe other services elsewhere on the developer’s website.

Information stored by the app

The app stores your favorites, selected category, reading positions, dhikr and tasbih counters, dated activity totals, and reading and interface preferences on your device. These support resuming reading, counting and displaying progress. Reading positions, activity totals and favorites may reflect your religious practices. The app does not automatically upload this information to us. Its content library is bundled, and reading, search and counting work offline. The app has no account system or advertising SDK, and no built-in analytics or crash-report upload service.

Daily dhikr counters reset when the local date changes; accumulated activity history remains. Resetting a counter does not erase that history. Saved progress and preferences remain in local app storage unless removed. Operating-system backups may include this data, depending on your device settings. We do not provide an app-operated cloud synchronization service or remotely control your device and backup copies.

Photos and sharing

If you choose to save a generated dhikr image through the system share sheet, the app may request permission to add images to Photos. It does not request access to read your existing photo library. Saving is optional; reading and counting do not depend on granting this permission. Saved images may be synchronized or backed up according to your Photos settings.

Sharing is initiated by you. The text or image contains the selected dhikr, its title, any selected translation, available source and app attribution; it does not include your counters, favorites or activity history. The system share sheet passes the selected content to the app, service or action you choose. Images are generated locally using temporary files, which the app attempts to remove when no longer needed. Immediate cleanup after an interruption or crash is not guaranteed. Copies you send or save remain subject to your choices and the destination’s handling.

The dedicated website pages

The website uses Cloudflare for delivery and Cloudflare Web Analytics, through the Cloudflare Insights beacon, to measure page-load performance. Your browser sends performance measurements to Cloudflare. Serving the pages also involves processing technical request information, such as IP addresses and network or system information. This website processing is separate from activity stored inside the native app. Cloudflare describes these practices in its data origin and collection documentation and Privacy Policy.

Voluntary support correspondence

If you email info@abdullah4.ai, we receive your email address and any name, message, attachments or other information you provide. We use that correspondence to respond and handle follow-up questions. Email services process it for delivery and storage. Messages and attachments remain in the support mailbox unless deleted; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion interval. You may contact us to request deletion. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your support request.

External services and disclosure

The app includes a developer link to Abdullah4AI on X. Opening that link, choosing a sharing destination or using Photos brings the relevant service’s own practices into play. Apple separately handles platform diagnostics and store information. Depending on your device settings, Apple may share app-related crash data or aggregated usage information with developers. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and its App Analytics notice. This is separate from any analytics service built into the app. Information we actually hold may be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

Your choices and requests

You can change app preferences, remove favorites, reset counters and manage Photos permissions on your device. Deleting the app through system settings removes its local data; manage device backups and saved or shared images separately. For questions or requests to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, including support correspondence, email info@abdullah4.ai. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase progress stored only on your device. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements and the limits of backup systems and third-party copies; deleting an active mailbox message does not guarantee immediate removal from every backup or recipient.
